Sarah is our go to girl when it comes to helping in all sections of the hospital. She helps as a receptionist 3 days of the week. Sarah has worked with our boarding pets for over 2 years also. She grew up in Crystal City. She attended Jefferson College for a degree in the Veterinary Assistant Program. She has a dog named Buster the Destroyer! And she has a cat named Pepper. She works very hard at making sure the all pets are comfortable during their stay with us. She remembers the pets names and is very friendly.
Laurie : Laurie is our Office Manager. Circle of Life has grown so much in the past few years that Dr Cook-Breeze decided to hire an Office Manager to help with the paperwork. This will allow Dr Cook-Breeze to concentrate on the "Doctor" part of her job more and free her up to spend more time with her patients and clients. Laurie has 20 years of experience in the veterinary field working as a kennel worker, assistant, receptionist, technician and an office manager. She is the mommy to dogs, Ridick, Percy and Prudence, 3 cats, Trinity, Dexter and Panfur. She has 3 grand babies named Ethan, Maddie and Adien. In her free time, she enjoys fishing, gardening and attending Classic Car Shows with Rick.
In Veterinary Medicine the "nurses" are referred to as Technicians.
She enjoys working with animals. She has two cats and two dogs. She also has a wonderful daughter who is her main focus. She has always taken an interest in learning new things about animals. She has plans to pursue her career further in the veterinary field. She loves to wear a smile on her face and to make other people smile!
Jessie has been working as a Registered Veterinary Technician of 6 years. I love large breed dogs. My family pets include a German Shepard Mix, Chow Mix and a Catahaula Mix. She finds working with our clients and their pets very rewarding and looks forward to new challenges every days.
Bridget has been working in the veterinary field for 13 years as a veterinary technician and a receptionist. She completed her Bachelors Degree in Biology only to return to the veterinary field because she loved it so much. She is married with a 4 1/2 year old beautiful daughter. She lives on a goat and sheep farm with numerous otehr animals and enjoys every aspect about working with animals.
Charlie: Charlie has been working with animals for 14 years starting as a bather brusher and then a kennel worker for several years. She went to school to become a Registered Veterinary Technician graduating in 1998 from Jefferson College. She is now teaching full time at Jefferson College in the Veterinary Assistant and Technician programs. She fills in as needed at Circle of Life. She is a spay/neuter advocate and rescues all that she can afford (and sometimes more!) She has 2 human children, Shelby and Lane. She also has 5 dogs, 5 cats, 7 horses and 2 rats. She has been married to her husband, Joe for 15 years.

She is married with 2 sons whom both serve in the Army and a daughter who also grooms. She also has 2 grandsons. She enjoys spending time with family and on her farm with her horses, chickens and her Jack Russell/Rat Terrier doggies.
